20/4/10 roll tutorial

hey peeps!!!! the roll tutorial:

Use your arms to roll your body overtop.Do not DO not collapse your arms so that the top of the shoulder hits. the part of the shoulder that should touch the ground is the back of the shoulder,not the top.To minimize pain,you must minimize contact with the spine and the ground.The more "forward" means straight the more contact will be made by the spine and the ground.the more"sideway" you roll,the less contact will be made by the spine and the ground.which side you are going put your hand opposite eg. if you are going to roll to the right side you right hand should face the left side but your left hand don't need
